CRACKSEALING

Sealing cracks in asphalt pavement is one of the most economical and effective methods of pavement preservation.  The application of a crack sealant keeps water from penetrating the pavement and weakening the base material under the pavement.

Preparation of the existing cracks prior to treatment includes removal of any dirt, debris or vegetation.  Our crews carry a wide variety of preparation tools including shovels, picks, wire wheel grazers, routers and heat lances to ensure the cracks are properly prepared and ready for sealant.

Due to the start up cost of hot pour, we recommend utilizing cold pour crack sealant for most residential applications.
